These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BinlyBiz website and AI Secretary service (the "Service"), operated by BinlyBiz ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

BinlyBiz provides a personalized, AI-powered virtual secretary that answers calls, schedules appointments, responds to customer inquiries, and performs related administrative tasks on behalf of client businesses.

Setup Fees & Billing

Access to the Service requires a one-time setup fee (Basic Setup: $1,500; Advanced Setup: $3,000) and a recurring monthly maintenance fee (Basic Setup: $150/mo; Advanced Setup: $500/mo), as described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed as agreed at signup and are subject to change with notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information used to train their AI Secretary, and for promptly updating that information as their business changes (hours, services, pricing, policies, etc.).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your business, or to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your ongoing maintenance plan at any time by contacting us at sales@binlybiz.com. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun; cancellation stops future monthly billing.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." While we work to make the AI Secretary accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every call will be handled without error.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BinlyBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
